Jus Aureum was acting as legal counsel in transaction involving major distributors of printed goods in Russia

The result and key essence is creation of new joint venture SPV, being one of the leaders within respective market. The transaction was complicated by restrictions established due to COVID-19 pandemic, however was successfully completed in time. The team included partner Maksim Andronov and attorney at law Boris Pupko.
