Jus Aureum advised Mercury Retail Group Limited in respect of the Russian law issues on the disposal of the DIXY retail.

Jus Aureum advised Mercury Retail Group Limited (the holding company of the Bristol Group of Companies and the Krasnoe & Beloe Group of Companies) in the transaction on the disposal to Magnit Group of Companies 100% of shares in Dixy Holding Limited, which controls JSC DIXY Group, for RUB 88 billion.

The transaction scope included 2,477 stores, distribution centers and vehicles.
