Jus Aureum advised on the sale of a 31.8% participatory interest in the charter capital of Albion-2002 LLC

Jus Aureum acted as legal consultant to Megapolis Holdings (Overseas) Limited in a transaction for the sale of a 31.8% participatory interest in the charter capital of Albion-2002 LLC (the holding company for the trading network Bristol) in favor of the subsidiary structure PJSC DIXY Group – JSC DIXY YUG for 1.78 billion rubles.

The Bristol network of shops of the "convenience store" format specializes in the sale of alcoholic and tobacco products. The first Bristol store was opened in Nizhny Novgorod in September 2012. At present, the network includes more than 14,500 stores in more than 400 cities in 30 regions of Russia.

The principal vectors of the work were coordinated by the partners Oleg Rud, Sergey Bronetskiy and Maksim Andronov. The team also included the following lawyers: the senior lawyer and attorney at law Sergey Nikonorov, the senior lawyer Oleg Golovchanskiy, and the lawyer Boris Pupko.
