Article by Nikita Shcherbakov on statute of limitations comes out in the November issue of "Company Lawyer"
In the magazine "Company Lawyer", issue No. 11 for 2015, an article by Nikita Shcherbakov was published entitled "A disputed transaction is declared invalid. From what point the statute of limitations on restitution claims starts to run."
