Jus Aureum's lawyers successfully upheld a decision of the Arbitrazh Court of Bryansk Region adopted in the client's favor at the 20th Arbitrazh Appellate Court

The 20th Arbitrazh Appellate Court (in the city of Tula) considered an appeal by Vector Group LLC against the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of Bryansk Region in case number No. А09-751/2015 for recovery from Torgovaya Kompaniya Megapolis JSC of more than 24 million rubles in losses caused by a fire.

Upon the results of the court hearing, Vector Group LLC was denied its appeal, and the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of Bryansk Region was upheld.

In the court hearing, the interests of Torgovaya Kompaniya Megapolis JSC were represented by a senior attorney in the Disputes Resolution practice, Nikita Shcherbakov, and lawyer Sergei Kartoshkin.
