Jus Aureum advised a number of foreign entities with the redomiciliation procedure

As a result of the redomiciliation, the said legal entities were registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as international limited liability companies.

Jus Aureum legal assistance consisted of comprehensive support for the “relocation” to the Special Administrative Region on the territory of the island. Oktyabrsky (Kaliningrad region) in accordance with the Russian and foreign legislation.
