Jus Aureum advised the subsidiary of Mercury Retail Group Limited (the holding company of the Bristol Group of Companies and the Krasnoe & Beloe Group of Companies), Victoria Baltiya LLC, in the transaction on the disposal to Verny Group of Companies 37 stores. A total area of these stores is about 19,500 sq. m.
