Jus Aureum advised a group of sellers in the transaction on the disposal to X5 Group of 100% stake in the capital of LLC "Victoria Baltia".

LLC "Victoria Baltia" manages "Victoria" stores in the Kaliningrad region, Moscow and the Moscow region, "Deshevo" stores in the Kaliningrad region, as well as two distribution centers and a "CASH" hypermarket in Kaliningrad.

The perimeter of the transaction included 118 stores with a total sales area of 92 thousand square meters, including leased facilities, as well as two distribution centers in the Kaliningrad region with a total area of 14.2 thousand square meters.
