Jus Aureum advised Mercury Group shareholders in the transaction on the disposal of 100% stake in the capital of Mercury Mining LLC, which indirectly controls 50.33% of Novoangarsky Dressing Plant and Gorevsky Mining and Processing Plant Group of Companies (possesses licenses for the fields development in Krasnoyarsk region and Amur Region).
