Jus Aureum advised Dixy Group of Companies on sale of part of real property belonging to the Seventh Continent.

Jus Aureum acted as Russian legal counsel for Dixy Group of Companies in a transaction for acquisition from LLC Mcapital of 12 real property assets in Kaliningrad. A total area of these real property assets is about 30 000 sq. m.

LLC Mcapital is a holding company for the Seventh Continent and Nash retail networks and the owner of their real property assets.

The Seventh Continent is one of the first Russian multi-format retail networks. At the moment, there are 140 stores in the territory of Moscow and Moscow region, as well as in the territory of other regions of the Russian Federation.

Dixy Group of Companies (MICEX: DIXY) is one of the leading Russian retail and FMCG companies. As at 30 November 2016 the company managed 2 788 stores in the territory of 777 cities and other settlements of the Russian Federation. In 2015 a total revenue of Dixy Group of Companies reached the amount of RUB 272 bln.
