Advising Mercury Group of Companies in a transaction to obtain control over a mining and ore-dressing venture

Jus Aureum has provided advisory services to the Mercury group in the acquisition of control over Gorevsky Mining and Ore-Dressing Combine Open Joint Stock Company and its related entities which are mostly concerned with the production and processing of lead-zinc ore and the launch of mining and metal-making operations.
