Jus Aureum's lawyers defended the rights of a client in a case at the Arbitrazh Court of the City of Moscow for recovery of a penalty for failure to fulfill a contracting agreement

The Arbitrazh Court of the City of Moscow adopted a decision in case No. А40-101314/2015, by which a penalty in the amount of over 12 million rubles was recovered in favor of a client of the Office – a company engaged in international shipments.

The respondent's statement of counterclaim in the case for an amount of greater than 15 million rubles was returned. 

In the court hearing that took place, the interests of the client were represented by a senior lawyer in the Disputes Resolution practice, Nikita Shcherbakov, and the lawyer Sergei Kartoshkin.
