Representing a major transport and logistics business before arbitrazh courts in the North Western Circuit with success

Jus Aureum has advised and successfully represented Delovye Linii, an umbrella of carriers and logistics operators, in 22 interrelated corporate disputes tried in the arbitrazh courts of the North Western Circuit following an attempted hostile takeover by a participant in the business. With the conflict settled on the terms of the law firm's client, the litigation was closed.
