Jus Aureum has finally triumphed in the protracted legal battle initiated by the shareholders in the former USSR's largest design organization for the construction of polymer material factories - Gidroplast - to win back its building in Moscow out of another party's unlawful possession. Upon the outcome of the proceedings, the property worth RUB 300 million was restored to its original owner.

The Jus Aureum was led by senior partner Vadim Maklakov who was supported by Nikita Shcherbakov, a senior lawyer.
