Joining forces with Skadden, Arps, Slate, and Meagher & Flom LLP, Jus  Aureum has represented the key participant in Delovye Linii, the major Russian transport and logistics operator, to settle a corporate conflict over the consolidation of participatory interests in the holding business and  counteractions against illegal takeover of the business​
