Jus Aureum assisted a German producer of automation equipment in collecting data from a Russian company

The Arbitrazh Court of the city of Moscow granted in full the stated claims of Beckhoff Automation LLC – a subsidiary company of the German group of companies Beckhoff Automation GmbH – against Ekonomicheskiye Programmy LLC of debt denominated in euro, which had accrued in connection with the failure to pay for products (case No. А40-205973/2015).

The Beckhoff group of companies was founded in 1953. The head office of the company Beckhoff Automation GmbH, located in the town of Verl in Germany, unites the central divisions of development, production, management, distribution, marketing, support and servicing.  The official representative office in Russia was opened in 2004 in Moscow, and in 2007 the Russian subsidiary Beckhoff Automation LLC was founded. At present in Russia, branch offices of the company have been opened in St. Petersburg, Samara, Vladimir, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg. Beckhoff is a pioneer in the development of many fundamental tendencies in contemporary automation. Beckhoff technologies and products are used in various sectors: automation of buildings and housing and public utilities sites, energy, transportation systems, machine tool building, the oil and gas industry, industrial automation, water removal, water supply and purification facilities, boilers, pumps etc.

In the court hearing, senior lawyer of the Disputes Resolution practice Nikita Shcherbakov and defense attorney Viacheslav Burlaka were involved. The work on the project was overseen by senior partner Vadim Maklakov.
