“Yurist Kompanii” [“Corporate Lawyer”] publishes an article by Nikita Shcherbakov and Sergey Kartoshkin

The magazine “Yurist Kompanii”, No. 4, 2016, published an article by senior associate Nikita Scherbakov and associate Sergey Kartoshkin entitled “Why it is important to notify a debtor about a change of creditor, and how to do it correctly.”

The article presents certain aspects related to notifying the debtor in case of legal succession under a contract, and cites court practice demarcating notification of legal succession and the submission of a demand to fulfill obligations whose term of fulfillment is not defined.
