On April 15, 2016, Sergey Zagrayevsky will speak at the conference “Current Problems in Antimonopoly Legislation. Opinions from the regulatory authority, the judiciary, and experts.”

On April 15, 2016, Sergey Zagrayevsky will speak at the conference “Current Problems in Antimonopoly Legislation. Opinions from the regulatory authority, the judiciary, and experts.” to be held in Novosibirsk and organized by the Non-Profit Partnership for Competition Support in collaboration with FAS and with the participation of the Siberian Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy. 

As an expert Sergey Zagrayevsky will take part in the session “Public procurement: trends in legislation and current challenges posed by legislative and regulatory compliance practices”. The session will focus on the main amendments to the law on public procurement, current issues of practical application of Federal Law No. 223-FZ, and also ways of presenting evidence about collusion during tendering in administrative and judicial practice.

The conference will be attended by members of the Non-Profit Partnership for Competition Support, employees of the central office and territorial branches of FAS, and representatives of Novosibirsk’s business community. Members of the judiciary have also been invited to attend the conference.
